Courses Learning to Learn Are you considering a change in your life, such as returning to school or pursuing a new career? Learning to Learn will help you build confidence in your ability to be successful in these pursuits and will provide the tools and skills necessary to be successful in an academic setting and in the workplace. To access Learning to Learn, go to: Learning to Learn Overcoming Math Anxiety: A Webshop This self-paced, interactive workshop is available to help individuals recognize and conquer math anxiety, to explore new approaches to learning math, and to discover how math experiences in the past may impact an individual’s current math experience. The webshop will guide individuals in adopting new approaches to solving word problems and using formulas, helping reduce math test anxiety, and enhancing retention and problem-solving strategies. An accompanying Overcoming Math Anxiety Participant Notebook is available for printing, and can be used as a tool to document the individual’s webshop experience and activities. This presentation is designed to play on computers, iPads, and some mobile devices. Succeed with Math Succeed with Math will help you review key math concepts and then apply these concepts to real world applications. Eight units are available: Math and You, Getting Down to the Basics, Numbers Everywhere, Parts of the Whole, Relationships Among Numbers, Exploring Patterns and Formulas, Investigating Geometric Shapes and Sizes, and Communicating with Data, Charts and Graphs.
